Good interval run at beach in pretty strong wind. Set out to do 8-10x1 minute at 6-6:10 pace, which was probably too aggressive (reflected in real paces). I did warmup + 5x with tail wind, then 3x+cool down into head wind. A bit worn out from tuesday (not in a bad way) and chest hurting by end, which is mildly concerning.
