ok run in the wind & heat. need to stop doing workouts @noon in the heat. Wind was real bad. Need some variety in my workout locations now.

goal was 2x13, with avgs of about 165 and 168:

No comparisons on this workout since surgery but it compares very unfavorably to 3x10 mins of 3 weeks ago.
