another aborted workout. Need to stop doing non hard runs so hard, as I can't recover. Set out to do 6 with 4@T pace, but stopped T after 2. Shins sore and left knee is becoming a real problem. For rest of week: ONLY ONE run, 4-6 miles, LHR.
