good run. started out hard but decided the distance and recovery were more important, so slowed down. going downhill felt like i was being pushed, then at the turnaround realized why-medium headwind going back up hill sucked. mostly very good run though. compares favorably to run on 11/13 which was shorter, much harder but not that much faster (11s/mile faster), though I'm more rested today.
cadence 170 is getting good.
