Ran as hard as I could, so I can't really be too unhappy with the time. I'd hoped to be well under PR pace. 20 seconds slower than PR (4 months ago), but 45 seconds faster than 2 months ago.
First race in a long time where I actually felt ok at the start and during warmups.
Body felt a bit worn out-all upper body and abs. Legs were fine. This could be a result of the swim on friday.
