Awful run. Retired old Bondi 6 and ran in virgin pair, not sure if that impacted the run or not but I had pain in left arch and right all over lower leg for 1st half that got better. Heat was a factor today (all sun, no shade), but I really think I’m just beat up from lifting. Avg 151 in no way reflects discomfort level.
