very tough run. had to tell myself, outloud, to stop whining. glad I finished it but i could use a down week. hills are killer here. beautiful running weather. avg 150 seems low.
note: same pace as 3 weeks ago on same route, but 10 degrees warmer and 4bpm lower today. I really felt shitty today but I think it's b/c I'm worn out. in reality, conditioning is good.
