this was a crap workout on the TM. Goal set was 2x(6 @ 10k-ish, 3 @ 5k ish) with 3:15 and 2:30 rests, but I screwed up the rest on the 1st interval, and I didn't feel great. Concerning chest pain after the 3rd interval led me to cut the workout short. I hate the TM. I think from an effort standpoint this was much harder than the paces indicate and would have been faster outdoors.
