This is my first 'good' run since I'm back on regular training. I think the very forced slow runs lately have allowed to me recover a bit better. Though, I am surprised I was able to come back for this given a general lack of sleep. About the intervals: 6+5 were either flat or tail wind. I turned around before 4, but the head wind didn't hit during the 4. It was pretty brutal on 3, 2 and 1 though, which accounts for the pace not dropping as planned. I was pretty beat by the end.
