Notes
very, very good 1st intervals in a bit. Mentally this was great: I was already making excuses at the start but I still powered through all 5. Very windy, but it was swirly enough to never be all for or against progress. This is considerably slower than where I need to be but is better than where I've been recently. Happy with it but time to put in the work (and lose the f'ing weight).
A few more notes:
-did not feel yoga until I started stretching afterwards.
-the icing on my knees and achilles seems to be helping. Right knee was a bit sore to start but fine for most of run.
