Decent run. Mostly easy but roundin up to medium b/c of a few miles at the end, into the wind, when I was pushing effort. Not a lot of pain but not pain free either. Would like to see this pace drop but oh well. Perfect running weather. No sun, 62ish, but windy. Avg 145
