Good workout in beautiful weather at the beach (82, no clouds at noon). First intervals since 2012.
Goal set was 6x2 mins @ 6:20-6:30 (aka slightly faster than 5k pace of 6:36, based upon HM time from this weekend), so pacing was pretty good. Also, slight head wind on 1st 3, tail coming back.
Top of right foot hurt a lot until I stopped for stretching (after warmup), then it just went away strangely. No other issues other than being pretty worn out.
