great run in perfect weather: slight breeze, 74 degrees, no clouds. 1st half was super easy and had to force myself to control the pace, 2nd half a bit more difficult but never bad. I can feel the hip pain coming on slightly though, need to start doing more exercises. This pace was only 15 seconds slower than my HM 2 weeks ago, despite being very controlled and never hard.
