Notes
Run with Nutmeg. We met up in Tama/Toledo and headed for a bike path that was clear for a little bit going north. The wind was definitely cold and got colder each time we went back into it, but it was good to catch up with Nutmeg. Unfortunately, I was feeling pretty tired by the end of the run. Maybe a little faster than normal in tough footing but I was able to keep it together. I was hoping for a little longer but I think the conditions took more out of me that expected. Hopefully Nutmeg and I can make meeting up a little more routine. It had been far too long since we ran together.
