Sleep: 8 hours. Long run this morning, pulled out the Delhi for Days route I did a few weeks ago. Basically just burnt this, hit a sub 6 mile 8 and I just started fucking grinning cause I knew I was gonna roll this hard as fuck. Struggled a bit the last 2.5 or so, but nothing terrible and more due to needing water than the legs being done. Also brought out my new SPs and they felt delicious. Apparently I am fit, who knew? Averaged ~6:09, fastest non RAM long run I've ever done.
