3x(Full arb hill @ steady state pace, jog down rest. Up to the first landing @ low threshold, 70 sec jogging rest. Rest of the way up @ high threshold, jog down rest). Started with Streng and caught up to Sam and Ding by the end. Split: (4:01.2, 1:34.7, 2:22.8), (3:55.1, 1:31.3. 2:16.2), (3:49.9, 1:32.3, 2:08.8). Good workout, tried to keep it super controlled except for the very last one which I burned a bit. Solid work today, but nothing too bad. Didn't think about how long the workout was gonna be so I accidentally did a 19 mile day as well. Oh well.
