Sleep: 10 hours. Did a quick loop and ran around Burns park a few times in the pouring rain. Hip felt ok, then loosened up and felt fine. Been rolling out my ass a tremendous amount to rid myself of this nerve pain, but a more persistent pain in my groin (labrum?)
