Sleep: 8 hours. Long run in Glen Arbor. Mapped out a sweet extended version of the loop I did here last summer and it was awesome. Tons of dirt roads, and tons of hills (1594 ft of vert). A bit punishing on the legs, but felt good and just rolled through this one fairly relaxed. Got a bit dehydrated the last 4 or so, but felt great other than that. Awesome run, been looking forward to this for a while and it did not disappoint.
