3x(Stadium loop tempo, 800 @10k) with jog from the loop to the start which ended up being around 150m. Tempos were good, last one was a bit slower cause I was getting dehydrated as it was hot. Split: 2:42.5, :41.4, :39.2 for the 800s. First set with a big group, then dangling behind ding for the next 2. Good workout, very dehydrated by the end though.
