4:45.48 Mile @ the Findlay flag city open. Wanted to mix it up with a miel this week and see if I could snag myself a new PR. Got off the line and it felt pretty fast. Came through the 400 in ~70 and the 409 in ~72. Started to try and move around 600, but it was hard to pass. Hit the 809 in ~2:24 realized I had to move so picked it up a bit. When I got to 1k it hit me that I only had 3 laps to go so I really started to move pretty hard. Started really gaining on Charlie on the last lap and got past him in the final straight. Overall a really fun race. Haven't raced a fresh mile in forever, forgot how much I enjoy it. Pretty sure I left a bit of time on the tabe cause I negative split decently hard, but overall happy wit the race and glat to finally have a mile PR faster than my high school 1600
