It was windy again today, but at least it wasn't cold. I did long hill repeats on the new Carothers cut-through between McEwen and Liberty. It curves to the right, and unfortunately on the last part of the hill was running straight into the wind. But I got the workout done. It was tough but satisfying.

WU: 13:30 easy

WO: 8 long hill repeats of 90 seconds at 3K-5K effort with 3:00 recovery jog after each.

CD: 13:30 easy

According to RA's elevation data, each repeat rose 43 ft over a quarter mile. (43/(5280/4))*100 = 3.25%. So it wasn't a super steep hill, but it was tough enough for a good workout.
