Notes

The first two miles are uphill, so I tried not to start too fast. At a quarter mile I was running a 6:09 pace, so I had to slow it down a little. This was a good, tough run, and I enjoyed my new racing flats. I wish I'd been smoother and faster on the final (downhill) mile, but overall I did ok and ran a smart race.
