First time at East Lit. track. I was the only one there. If the humidity hadn't been oppressive, it would have been really nice. I fatigued faster than normal due to yesterday's 10 mile tempo run too.

Workout: 3 x 800 @ 5:45 pace (2:52) w/400 jog, 2 x 400 @ 5:20 pace (1:20) w/200 jog.
