Notes

I decided to up the pace a little from my last two treadmill tempo runs. I watched the pre-game discussions for the Cowboys vs. Vikings playoff game. I focused on "making fast easy". I'm trying to train my body for easy speed without punishing it, so I'm picking pace and distance combinations I'm somewhat confident I can do.

WU: 0.5mi @ 7mph (8:34p), 0.5mi @ 7.5mph (8:00p)

WO: 3mi @ 9.4mph (6:22p), 1mi @ 9.5mph (6:18p)
