First time on RWB since June 2011. It was hot, humid, and tough today. Ran with Jeff, Theresa, Tonya Lumphrey, Alexa Hinton, Alonzo ?, Melissa ? (Pita Pit, husband: Jack), Johnny Prior, and 4 others. I sweated more on this run than I have on any other run ever.
