I felt sluggish at first, but I was ok after the first half mile. I tried to focus on good form, and I tried different forms at each speed. I intentionally did the last half mile at my half marathon pace to remind myself of what that feels like. I'm going to start doing more runs at that pace.
Pace splits: 8:00 - 1mi, 7:45 - 1mi, 7:30 - 1.5mi, 6:49 - 0.5 mi.
