This was a good run. The FIRST method said I should do this run at a 7:09 pace, so that's what I set out to do. I concentrated on my arm form a lot, especially pumping my way up the hills. It really seemed to help. I didn't even bonk too much coming back up "the big hill" in mile 6.
The wind was mildly annoying. It came out of the north, so it felt like I was running into it almost the whole way out (east) and back (west).
