Tried to run easy, but I still sped up the last couple of miles. I wasn't out of breath or tired, and I just naturally sped up on the way back in. I never felt like there was a point where I was pushing it. I was trying to run easy to medium with a steady tempo pace, and I never looked at my Garmin. I was going by feel. Mile splits: 7:51, 7:17, 7:28, 7:02, 6:34.
It was a beautiful day for running. I listened to my Sansa, so maybe that's what spurred me on.
