Warm morning, but it was better than waiting til lunch.

5 x 1/4mi w/90sec rest. Interval paces were: 4:59, 5:51, 5:38, 5:39, 5:41. I jogged the recovery interval between 1 and 2, but I walked the rest of them to get my heart rate down.

Did smith lunges, leg curls, and leg presses afterwards.
