It was beautiful outside today, but the wind was fierce! I turned around after 2 miles because I was tired of the west wind hammering on me the whole way. Unfortunately, I was running north/south, so when I turned around I had to run back with it still hammering me.
I forgot my Garmin, so my time is an estimate. I started off slow, but I sped up a lot on the way back. I focused on my leg "kickback". I have very limited hip flexibility, and I've noticed that my quads don't go back nearly as far as elite runners' quads do.
