Very windy (17-20mph). I took it easy today and did a 2 mile warmup. Then I did 6 x 0.13mi (~200m) with 1 min recovery. The second repeat was the slowest because I had to cross a bridge, make a right turn, and dodge a lady with three dogs. :-(
I tried to take Jeff's advice and "teach my body not punish it". My average pace on the repeats was 5:06, and it felt pretty good (hard but not all out). I wish I could hold that pace all day (or even for 5K).
