Fleet Feet Summer Speed Sessions.
Warm-up: 5 x 400 progressive pace, static stretching, dynamic stretching, 2 x 200 fast.
Workout:
4 x 200 in 0:43 w/200 jog
2 x 400 in 1:26 w/400 jog
1 x 800 in 2:52 w/800 jog
2 x 400 in 1:26 w/400 jog
2 x 200 in 0:40 w/200 jog
Cooldown: Another slow 400. I deleted the cooldown lap split from the Garmin because I bumped it after the workout was over (while changing my flat tire), and I didn't notice it until I'd driven a mile away in my car and the Garmin beeped. So the last lap split was whacked. But I got the near-correct numbers from Garmin Training Center's display of the GPS data.
My car also had a flat tire when I finished my workout, so I had to go get that fixed.
