Notes

5 min warmup at 8:00 pace. Did 3 minute intervals with 2 min recovery. Each interval was roughly 1/2 mile.

Split paces: 5:32, 6:07, 6:10, 6:01, 6:04. Average: 5:58.8. Avg w/o first: 6:05.5.

I didn't look at my Garmin for pacing feedback. I just ran by feel for a pace I thought I could hold for 3 minutes. It was good practice to simulate the "end of the race" feel.
