I haven't run since Tuesday because I was trying to rest up before Sunday's Half. Now I'm heavier, slower, and feeling blah. I should have just run like normal this week.
Today was my first (or second) really cold run this year. It was windy and 46, and I only had shorts and a t-shirt packed (since I didn't run Wed. or Thurs.) I went out anyway thinking I'd run 4 easy, but then it started raining on me a half mile in. I just did the simple 3 mile loop and called it a day. At least the last mile felt good.
