The inside of my right knee hurt again at the start, but it loosened up fairly quickly. It's bothered me a little more after the run though, so I'm concerned about that.
This week's snow melted a lot today when the temperature rose, so the trails were mushy. It was like running in soup. I was about 45sec/mi slower than usual on these trails, and I was working a lot harder. With the mush and the knee, I just logged 45min and stopped.
