It was hot today but not terribly humid. On the way out there was even a 12mph wind to run into.
My left knee is still tweaked. It feels like something on the inside of my left leg is too tight, and that's causing inflammation near the knee. If I roll it with "The Stick" it seems to get better, and it always feels better after a run.
Today my left foot felt like it went to sleep around mile 4. It was better by the end, but that's the second time that's happened in the last few months. It was preceded by a tight Achilles that later loosened up.
