I swam the first 200m in 6:45. That wasn't all out, so I was pleased with it. That's way better than the 15 minutes it took me to swim 200m three weeks ago.

I tried to focus on hip rotation tonight and minimize my kick. It went ok, but hip rotation still hasn't "clicked" for me.
