Notes

After my swim, I still felt like getting in an interval workout.

0.5mi warmup @ 8:34 pace (7mph)

5 x 0.5mi @ 6:15 pace (9.6mph) + 0.25mi @ 9:13 pace (6.5mph)

I shortened the final recovery interval (my cooldown) to only 0.1mi because I had to shower and get back to work.
