I didn't get to run yesterday because we were in Union City. Today I just wanted to program instead of running, but I forced myself to get in a 5 miler. I ran the first 2.5mi @ 7mph, then 2mi @ 8mph, then the last half mile @ 10mph. I've only run 20 miles this week, but they've each been pretty good workouts. Today was the easiest. It's my last day as a non-masters runner.
