This was my first run in over two weeks. I've been trying to let the plantar fasciitis heal up in my right foot. It bothered me a little at the start of the run, but it got better after the first couple of miles. My right calf, hamstring, and glute stayed really tight the whole time though. Maybe that's the problem.
