Notes

Today's plan called for a 20 minute shake out run followed by 4 strides. Since it was rainy and windy outside, I just did it on the treadmill at 1% incline. I did each stride for 30 seconds (at 10mph, 6:00p) with a minute recovery between them.

Today's run was short with strides because tomorrow is a 3K time trial on the track.
