This was a tough workout. 10 x 0.25mi with 1min recovery. Average quarter mile pace was 1:24, which is a 5:36/mi pace. The 5th and 6th intervals were the slowest because they both had uphill finishes. I did the standard Crockett Park 4.7mi loop, so intervals 5&6 hit at the back part of the loop where the hills are.
On my final cooldown jog, my leg turnover felt so quick and easy, and I wasn't even trying to run fast. This was a good, tough day.
