I didn't feel like running long today since it's 28* outside, and the ground still has an inch or two of snow on it. So I decided to do an interval workout while watching the Winter X Games.
WU: 5min @ 10:00p (6mph)
WO: 5 x 4min @ 6:00p (10mph) w/ 1 min recovery at 10:00p.
CD: 3min @ 9:00p
I was essentially doing a 5 x 1K at race pace workout, but my treadmill is too difficult to switch to metric. So I just ran by time and pace. Four minutes at 6:00p is 1.07km or 2/3mi, so that's a little better than 1km.
