I forgot my Garmin today. I did an out-and-back on the new Carothers Pkwy extension to Liberty Pike to the 2.5 mile point. I checked my start and end time on the iPhone.
I took it fairly easy today, but my left-side abs started cramping a little. I don't think it was from strenuous running. It was probably fatigue from last night's ab/hip workout. I hope.
