The temp and sunniness peaked this morning around 8am, so that's when I ran. It's supposed to be rainy, cold, and snowing later today. This morning was alright with a single long sleeve shirt. I ran to J.O.B. then around the Old Hickory, Greycroft, Due West, Gibson loop.
This was my second run with the Garmin heart monitor. Its results seem to be a little more accurate this time or at least believable. My breathing felt the hardest mid-run, which is when my HR looked the highest. And looking at the elevation graph, my HR stayed up as long as I was going uphill. The last two miles were mostly downhill, and my HR went down.
