Aaron wanted to go running with me, so we went to Moss Wright Park while Amy was at Kroger. We carried the Garmin and stopped to rest and "see the sights" a lot. He ran the first 15 seconds at a 6:00 pace. :-) I tried to run a steady pace when we were running, but we walked in spurts too.
