Drills: high heels, high knees, bench jumps, step jumps, rocket jumps, side running, backwards running.

In the past, I've walked between each drill. Today was the first time I ran between each drill, and it was much harder.

Weights: leg extension, back extension, dumbbell lunge, leg lifts.
