Notes

My first post-Monkey run. I tried without an ITB strap, but my right knee area hurt immediately. Once I put on the ITB strap (below the knee at the very top of the tibia), the pain went away. It still felt sore when I ran, but it wasn't a stabbing pain. Maybe tomorrow I'll do two miles.
