I went to run outside even though it was 23 and windy. Then it started raining before I got there. So I came home and ran on the dreadmill. Bleh.

I ran 3.8 miles @ 7:30 pace, 1.1 miles @ 6:40 pace, 0.1 miles @ 6:00 pace.
