I felt pretty good today. I wanted to get the feel of the pace I'll need to run to break 1:30:00 in the half (6:51), so I ran the last three miles faster. My paces per mile were 7:46, 7:21, 6:53, 6:55, 6:45. I never looked at my watch; I just tried to run by feel. It felt tough by the end, but I'm pretty sure I can build up the endurance to sustain it.
